So many words, so little time. That phrase has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, whether the librarian at my grade school prevented me from checking out another book unless I returned several I had at home or my significant other threatened to burn my stacks of The New Yorker and The New York Times. I’ve made great progress on those stacks, and I’ve not had an overdue fine in years, but the words still come, and the hours lack. Nonetheless, read I must, and I’m sure you do, too. I recommend the links below — note that it’s an ever-growing and incomplete roster — so when you’ve caught up with Mise en Place, click and enjoy.
